  • The Housing Associations Delivery Aspirations – is funding the biggest obstacle? How are they coping with Developers not building and will they now build more themselves?
  • The Banks Position on Funding of Affordable Housing : How do HAs rate as prospects and what is their attitude to long term funding? Will they adjust their terms to compete with emerging alternative funding options?
  • The Bonds Market in Affordable Housing Finance – The size of the market  and whether it might grow to rival mainstream lending.
  • Institutional Investment into Affordable housing – The Lease Model.
  • Why the institutions are coming on board and where do they see the opportunities and exit routes? How does the model work?

  • Understanding the Current Viability position, how it is affected by changing legislation and what this means for Housing Delivery
